Plain tobacco packaging failure

At least 50% of Australians believe that plain paper packaging on tobacco products, namely cigarettes, has helped lower our smoking rate. Professor Sinclair Davidson from RMIT University in Melbourne, Victoria, offers an opposing opinion.

I’ve been researching data such as this for some time. I have found that Prof. Davidson’s opinions are indeed factual. Plain packaging does little to stem the smoking rates, both here and abroad.
